5 Axis CNC Machining Center

Texas Machining is proud to provide you with machining and fabrication services forged with the highest standards of quality, precision, and value. Simple or complex, one part or thousands, our experienced technicians can deliver flawless work to your specifications and time requirements. We are excited to hear about your projects and are determined to earn and keep your business.

5-Axis Machining Services

Your operations require precision parts. Even the slightest inaccuracy in a part can bring production to a halt. Creating replacement parts can take days, sometimes weeks, costing time and resources. That’s why you can rely on Texas Machining. With our 5-Axis machining services, we can custom create your parts with precision quickly.

Why 5-Axis machining?

Over 60% of parts produced in a CNC shop require machining on 5 sides. We can accomplish machining on five sides in one operation resulting in reduced labor cost, better precision, and lower cost because of the reduced number of setups. With other machining methods the workpiece needs to be moved between different workstations. This could increase inaccuracies, as well as longer production times. 5-Axis machining centers can create the same workpiece in one operation, reducing your costs and improving your delivery time. They also utilize shorter cutters, which typically reduces the vibration that occurs when machining deep cavities. This results in a smoother surface finish. It also allows for higher cutting speeds, which leads to faster turnaround time. We strive to meet or exceed any quality specifications required.
